We would love you to join our team. If you are an experienced Applications Analyst who can build relationships with stakeholders quickly, we want to hear from you. If you are:

• Expert in configuring, administering, managing and maintaining Enterprise Applications including ERP (TechnologyOne)
• Can undertake complex analysis and design activities.
• Communicate effectively and have solid documentation skills.
• Experienced in technical problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Are an innovative thinker and have the courage to try new ideas.
• Have a minimum 5 years’ experience in designing, building, installing, configuring, tuning, managing access, for MS SQL Server environments and MS SSRS Reports.
• Experienced in coding SQL in MS SQL Management Studio and in coding programming languages such as C#, VB.NET using MS Visual Studio.
• Experience in migrating ERP application from on-premises to cloud environments is highly advantageous.

About the Job:

As a key member of the IT Applications team, the Applications Analyst is responsible for providing technical application expertise, programming and database support to the IT team, project teams, and subject matter experts throughout Council.

About You:

We are seeking applications from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and interpret and provide sound advice and innovative solutions to business needs.
• How they can undertake deep, technical analysis and complex troubleshooting of custom applications, scripts, websites, and integrations developed in SQL and other programming languages.
• Ability to validate changes by testing applications, business processes and integrations.
• Can develop futureproof integrations between ERP and cloud applications, to minimise future rework.
• Formal qualifications in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, or relevant experience.
