About The Role:
Are you ready to lead the future of library collections? We’re seeking a Collections Development Leader to guide our Collections Development team and ensure our resources are inclusive, relevant, and accessible across all formats.
In this role, you’ll guide a passionate team, turn evidence-informed collection thinking into everyday practice, and champion new, sustainable approaches to how we build our collections. From managing vendor relationships and budgets to strengthening our digital, community language, and non-traditional collections, you’ll ensure our resources reflect the diversity, interests, and needs of our community.

The Detail:
The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and is classified at Level 6, with a starting salary of $111,989 per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
A current unprohibited Working with Children Check must be maintained for the duration of the employment period in this prescribed position.
