About The Role:
As the Coordinator Utility Operations, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the delivery and optimisation of key utility services that keep our city running - from public lighting and energy to verge mowing, building management, and graffiti removal.
You will drive innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio, applying a data-informed and customer-focused mindset to shape utility service delivery. Through advanced analytics and performance monitoring, you will guide decision-making and deliver services aligned with strategic goals and community expectations.
Success in this role will be defined not just by operational outcomes but also by the quality of collaboration, innovation and leadership you bring. You will champion emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance service delivery and future readiness. Working cross-functionally across Council, you will lead with influence and purpose - inspiring your team, engaging stakeholders, and delivering excellence.

About Our Team:
City Utilities drives the management of electricity, water, gas, waste and recycling services while maintaining the City’s cleanliness and sustainability. It oversees operations such as the Beverley Recycling and Waste Centre, public waste services, street sweeping, and keeping the lights on and the grass green.
The Detail:
The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Classification will be at Administration Level 7 with an annual salary range of $119,565 to $126,792 per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
