About The Role:

We are looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and sound judgement to provide trusted executive support to our General Manager of City Futures. In this role, you will confidently manage competing priorities, deliver seamless support, and set a high standard for both internal and external customer experience excellence.
Collaboration is key to success in this role, as you will work closely with large and diverse teams within the City Futures Division. You will also build and maintain effective relationships across the City of Charles Sturt, particularly with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams and Elected Members, while fostering partnerships with key external stakeholders & agencies.
A strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes will position you well to support a division where customer experience is a core focus.
In this role, you will also provide executive support to Council’s Strategic and Engagement Committee, Executive and Leadership steering groups and project working groups, including preparing agendas, reports minutes, and action notes, and attending out of hours committee meetings as required.

The Detail:
The position is offered on a 12 month part-time fixed term basis (0.6 FTE) and is classified at Level 5, with a salary range of $103,798 to $108,265 (pro rata) per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
