About The Role:You’ll lead a small crew to deliver high-quality beach maintenance across our coastline - planning daily tasks, interpreting plans and work orders, allocating resources, and ensuring sand-drift fencing and related works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You’ll set the tone for safety leadership, operational excellence, customer experience and people experience, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contractors and monitoring performance standards on site.About You: You have experience leading (or a strong willingness and capability to lead) field teams - motivating others, mentoring on the job, and driving effective performance. You have a Certificate III in Civil Construction or related field and/or bring hands‑on demonstrated experience in beach or civil maintenance, including interpreting plans/work orders and coordinating suppliers/contractors. You communicate clearly with the community and colleagues and build effective working relationships. About The Role:
