About the Role:
As the Field Leader, you will provide direction to our Sweeper Operators in the delivery of programmed and maintenance street sweeping. The standard hours of work are 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday over a 9 day fortnight. On occasion, there is a requirement to work outside the span of ordinary hours including starting at 4am and on weekends.
With a focus on efficiency, innovation, and quality, those who understand the importance of keeping our streets clean and well maintained will thrive in this role. A position with leadership responsibility, Field Leaders are expected to demonstrate and encourage the objectives of safety leadership, operational excellence, customer experience and people experience.

About Our Team:
City Utilities contributes to keeping our City beautiful through a range of roles including the management of operations at our Beverley Recycling and Waste Centre, our kerbside waste service contract, street sweeping and upgrading our stormwater and waterway systems.

The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
