About The Role:
We are looking for a People and Culture Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering both strategic and operational people initiatives. In this influential role, you’ll partner with leaders across assigned portfolio areas to drive engagement, improve performance, and support our workforce to deliver exceptional outcomes to the community.
Your work will make a genuine impact - leading industrial matters and complex case management, supporting enterprise bargaining and helping to shape and implement people strategies that enhance leadership, engagement and inclusion across the City of Charles Sturt.

The Detail:
The position is offered on a full-time, two year fixed-term contract basis and
is classified at Level 7, with a salary range of $119,565 to $126,792 per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
