We are looking for a creative Venue Activation & Programming Lead to join our Economic Development team and shape Woodville Town Hall as a vibrant cultural destination.
About The Role:
This role leads the activation, programming and external positioning of Woodville Town Hall as a vibrant, financially sustainable cultural venue. You will drive audience, artist and producer engagement by attracting touring events, festivals and partnerships, curating distinctive programs (including a Fringe Hub), and building the venue’s reputation and profile.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy and judgement, you will work in an environment where programming budgets may be limited or variable. Success in this role relies on deal-making, partnerships, co-presenting and attraction-based programming models that balance cultural ambition with commercial and operational realities.
You will play a key role in shaping Woodville Town Hall as a recognised cultural destination and an active participant in major South Australian festivals and events.

You are a creative and commercially minded cultural programmer with experience activating venues and delivering compelling programs in resource-constrained environments. You bring strong industry relationships, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.

The Detail:
The position is classified at Level 6 and will be offered on a permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) basis, with a starting salary of 111,989.68 per annum (pro-rata) + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
