About the Job
The Building Assets Lead is a newly established position that supports a strategic approach to the development and implementation of the Building Asset Management Plan that informs the management of building related infrastructure within the City of Charles Sturt. It plays a key role in the formative stages of building infrastructure projects including stakeholder engagement, early-phase design, development applications and budget acquisition.
About the Team
Property Management, Planning & Strategy is a supportive team that turns up each day wanting to deliver the best outcomes for the City of Charles Sturt community through optimal access and utilisation of the portfolio of building assets and properties.
This position is offered on a permanent, fulltime basis and is classified at Level 6, with a starting salary of $108,727.84 per annum + Super.
