As part of the Community Connections Portfolio, our team strives to deliver an integrated and cohesive service that responds to current and emerging community needs connecting our community to resources, information, services and technology.About the Position Opportunities have emerged within the Community Experience team for Casual Library Assistants to work on an as needs basis across our 5 locations. Availability to be flexible over a 7day roster, including evening and weekend shifts, is essential. Working as part of a passionate team, you will contribute to the delivery of a next generation library service that is recognised as a centre of excellence for literacy, learning, innovation and discovery. You will deliver an exceptional community experience, as a frontline interface for library technologies and access to services and information.The community experience team often has opportunities to support other functions across our library services including program deliver and outreach services.About YouWe are looking for energetic, highly motivated people who are passionate about customer experience to join our library community.
