Our Ageing Well team strives to empower individuals to access community resources, enrich their lives, and foster a strong sense of wellbeing.About the JobAs the Community Transport Coordinator, you will lead the way in providing exceptional transport services and client support under CHSP and Aged Care Quality Standards guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the comprehensive coordination of our community transport program, including meticulous scheduling, route optimization, and unwavering adherence to safety protocols, all while elevating service quality.Providing attentive coordination and holistic oversight of client care and wellbeing.
