Our Ageing Well team strives to empower individuals to access community resources, enrich their lives, and foster a strong sense of wellbeing.About the JobAs the Community Transport Coordinator, you will lead the way in providing exceptional transport services and client support under CHSP and Aged Care Quality Standards guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the comprehensive coordination of our community transport program, including meticulous scheduling, route optimization, and unwavering adherence to safety protocols, all while elevating service quality.Providing attentive coordination and holistic oversight of client care and wellbeing. Conduct regular assessments, reviews, and tailored support plans in alignment with CHSP and Aged Care Quality Standards.Driving innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge transport initiatives that align with CHSP funding guidelines and cater to the diverse needs of the City of Charles Sturt community.Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of volunteers through visionary guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, and promoting effective communication.Have a valid LR licence and facilitate ongoing education, support, and innovation in community transport safety for potential drivers, including LR license holders, and overseeing driving routes.Ensuring meticulous administration and documentation to meet reporting and daily operational requirements.Cultivating a team culture rooted in accountability, inclusion, and the delivery of Customer Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
