We seek people passionate about what they do and who thrive on seeking creative solutions.About the TeamAs a member of the Chief Executive Office, you will report to the CEO and work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO. About the JobThe Executive Assistant provides a high level of professional support to the Mayor to ensure excellence in service delivery and customer experience for all community members.Diary, email and correspondence management are critical to ensuring the Mayor is able to manage her busy schedule that includes many out of hours events with our community. As such you will need strong attention to detail, know what is urgent and important and have the ability to draft correspondence for the Mayor including speaking notes for community events. The CEO Office works in a highly electronic environment with workflow familiarity important.
