When we say "Means the world", we are recognising how important our place is to each and every one of us.About the job The Payroll Data Entry Officer is primarily responsible for data entry of the payroll forms, which enables the Coordinator Payroll and Payroll Officer to deliver a customer experienced focussed, accurate and timely payroll service to the Organisation.We want a self-motivated, passionate person with a keen eye for detail, who enjoys day to day data entry.  To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent numerical and literacy proficiency and possess good communication skills. Organisation, time management and digital literacy are key to success in this role. With legislative requirements affecting almost all aspects of the role, you will need to be able to carry out your duties in accordance with these requirements with confidence, accuracy and initiative to ensure payments are correct.Working in payroll environments involves strict compliance requirements and time constraints, therefore you will need to be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.About the teamYou will be well supported by a small team of highly experienced payroll professionals.
