As a key part of the Portfolio, our Property Services Business Unit manage and maintain Council’s extensive building network that includes: Sporting clubroomsCommercial buildingsIndependent Living UnitsCouncil Occupied (Civic) BuildingsLibrariesCommunity CentresCommunity halls; andPublic toilets. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with standard working hours of 76 hours per fortnight, worked over 9 days. Opportunities for paid overtime are also available. The position is classified at ME7, with an annual base salary range of $73,267 - $78,267 per annum + super, annual leave loading and a Commuter Use vehicle.
