We seek people passionate about what they do and who thrive on seeking creative solutions.About the PortfolioThe Governance and Operational Support Portfolio is a small team of high performing professionals providing specialist advice and support across the organisation in the areas of Risk, Insurance, Governance, contracted services and WHS.About the JobActing as a conduit between injured employees, the City of Charles Sturt and the Local Government Association Workers Compensation Scheme (LGAWCS), the Return to work Administrator works collaboratively to assist in the implementation and ongoing management of Council’s workers compensations claims and rehabilitation programs for employees injured at work.The role works as part of the Governance and Operational Support team to proactively develop and implement injury prevention initiatives for the organisation.
