Serving Western Adelaide, the venue is an important cultural asset of the City of Charles Sturt.About the JobAn integral member of the inter-disciplinary Community & Placemaking team, the Woodville Town Hall - Operations coordinates the end-to-end commercial and community hire booking process, ensuring a successful and smooth event experience.Providing high level customer service to all venue users (staff, artists, audiences, event hirers, local community), the role supports in maintaining and growing the venue’s positive reputation and improving the patronage of this important cultural destination.About You:Highly motivated and organised individual with end-to-end venue hire coordination experience.The ability to balance interpersonal and customer service skills with an eye for detail.An ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.An ability to work autonomously, with limited direction.Willingness to work some out-of-hours work as required.Experience working in an arts venue will be highly favoured.
